In short, I believe I should be unbanned since the reason for my ban was a complete misuse of my trust. I trusted my friend, he told me something that wasn't true, and I blew up at someone that wasn't even aware of the situation. I also feel like it's petty drama that has no reason to continue to exist, those involved have agreed to not to talk to each other.

The long version is as follows; Me and Scatta would befriend each other over the course of a month or two. Some of it would be romantic interest, however that is definetly not the case anymore. We play for a bit without issues, on 2 other occasions he'd lie to me about something sensitive as a cruel joke, and me being naive didn't take this as seriously as I should have. One day he tells me an underaged girl on the prophunt server was flirting with him. At the time we had romantic interest, and the fact he is legally an adult made me angry towards the girl. -SNIP-. The age gap isn't that big itself, but it's the fact I had to hear about this that made me mad. I decided to play on the PH server with him one day since we had played on there before, and it was kind of fun. The issue is she had laughed at nearly anything he said, which seemed to strengthen the lie to the point that I blew up and told her she was annoying. He told me she felt embarressed afterward despite the fact she didn't actually pay attention to me. I confronted her afterwards, I think it was after my ban, before Scatta's. I asked her what was going on between them, she said nothing, and gave evidence about that. She also urged that I cut him off, which I hadn't done until August.

To be honest, I didn't actually want to be close to him, I thought joking around with him in the server was fun, but I didn't want to get anywhere as deep as I had. After a while that went away against my better judgement. Now I think I'm an idiot for getting involved in this, for acting without thinking, and for being childish. If this has taught me anything, it's to keep people at an arm's reach of my emotions, regardless of how much I trust them or not.

In the end I would just like to play on the server normally, she doesn't normally play on ttt servers as far as I know, and I don't play on the prophunt servers, so I personally think being unbanned would be okay, I miss the community, and I miss the game. Playing on other servers hasn't been as enjoyable as playing on smithtainment.

Now before I say anything in response, I want to commend you for your recent actions. I had my doubts that you were truly invested in this community, but I feel now with the things you did to qualify you making this appeal and the detail in the appeal itself, you are worth coming back.



However, while you're redeemed in my mind, I want to remind you that your network ban wasn't only the result of your relationship with Scatta and the drivel that was tied to it, but a general streak of misbehavior. When you were Trial staff, you let several friends get away with punishment, which led you to being demoted. You then, intentionally or not, rallied up several regulars in protest of your demotion, having them make sprays and statements on the discord against it. Even after all this, the way you talk on the server sometimes, while not bothersome to me, can understandably be uncomfortable to some.



Don't view this reflection as a deterrent, use it to remember when you come back to think about your actions more. Best of luck on your appeal.

I was new on the server when I first encountered you and Scatta. So I didn't have any knowledge of what went on outside of the server. I think it would be very easy to just take this situation and never come back and address it. In my opinion, you have a lot of guts (no pun intended) to come to the forums and make an appeal. It's commendable and I'm actually happy to see it. I wasn't involved in any of the other things prior to me first coming here so I won't speak on them.



I have no problem with you coming back and being a regular in the community again. I do have a problem with bullshit drama and favoritism. Neither of which have any place here and are largely not here. So I expect you to get in line with that if you decide you want to be a regular again. I'm glad you took the time to make this appeal and talk about what happened. That's the tough choice. Than you for doing so. I wanted to post before I had any input from anyone else or give my input.



I'm going to give my support to your appeal. I think you're a good person who made stupid decisions and unfortunately we all do. I'm a sucker for a good comeback and I think it would show people here the type of staff we are. Willing to give second chances.

All I'm going to say is, you were on thin ice long before that incident. Like Willay said, you were demoted for being leniant towards your friends, then after being demoted you proceed to make a #GUTS4MOD spray and getting your friends to spray it. Basically saying your demotion was unjust. Furthermore you abused slap commands, and when staff were dealing with situations you would sometimes intervene to throw your two cents in causing more trouble for the situation. I never really hated you or liked you, I'm pretty indifferent to be honest, but you did more than just that incident to result in your ban. Let's just say what happened on VPH was the nail in the coffin for you.

Regardless of the previous actions you made, I do believe that you were manipulated by Scatta at the end before your ban. What he did to you and Karma was very wrong and petty of him. Even so, if that was me, I wouldn't have blindly followed everything he said, you should be able to think more independently and rationally for yourself.

I wasn't present for the ordeal and it's probably best I didn't know the details because this seems like... a lot of bad, but I feel like you may be drawing the wrong moral conclusion from these events.

You shouldn't come into the SG community with the expectation of having to avoid someone just to avoid more drama. It's not fair to the person who wasn't net banned to have to avoid where you play.

Overall, you realize what the mistake was, but it doesn't seem like you're apologetic for harassing an innocent member that was pulled into this drama under the guise of Scatta's lying. Speaking of his lying, you still flipped out on a member knowing full well that he has lied to you in the past, and yet, you stayed involved with him even after the ordeal. That doesn't give me a good impression of character judgement nor does it give me confidence that it won't happen again.

We've net banned people for significantly less and considering this was a whole slew of sexual misconduct and (what seems like) harassment, I don't agree with this appeal.

I may not have nearly as much to say as others since I wasn't here when you were demoted, but I do believe that Scatta used his trust and close relationship with you in order to manipulate you in a way that everyone can agree was undesired. I agree with Andrew in the fact that it was misguided to take his word blindly without trying to find out more about the situation, but I also don't have a problem with you coming back to the network.

I really hate that phase of mine, to this day I think it was one of the stupidest things I've done online, I understand that it was a super stupid thing to do, and I take full responsibility for it, I've been trying to put that in the past since before the netban, and I understand that I was on thin ice throughout that entire ordeal. If you look at an earlier warn appeal, I briefly touched up on the subject (https://smithtainment.com/forums/thread-4681.html), and I honestly can't word it any other way than "That was so fucking dumb, I'm going to never do that again" (sorry for that not being as professional as I had hoped to be, I just want to reiterate that I cannot stand the things I've done in the past.)

I do too!! I have no idea why I got so lax, at the time I really hated how anal the staff team was, so I thought "okay, i'll let them relax since they're good" I'm still EXTREMELY angry with myself for that entire situation, and I think I won't do that ever again since I don't plan on trying to become a moderator again, I enjoyed the fact I could get rid of people fast and easy when they were disrupting the server, however I didn't understand that I also need to stop my friends from disrupting the server as well.

I told her that I was extremely sorry for doing that, and she seemed like she just didn't want anything to do with either of us afterwards. I still feel super sorry for doing what I did to her. The lies in the past were a lot more out of the ordinary, this just didn't seem like something someone would lie about as a joke. I can also assure you, that this won't happen again.

I feel like I'm making up excuses when I tell people this, but I acted extremely out of character when we were quarantined, I didn't talk to anyone, I didn't go out shopping, I just wanted something to keep me entertained, and I guess Scatta was entertaining. He's goofy, I didn't think his lies would get as far as they did.

Yeah, I've never really had a good time filtering out weird stuff, that's mostly on account of Aspergers, but I've always tried to keep it under control, after a while I get too comfortable in a community and say honestly anything that comes to mind. It's disgusting.

Alright Trans I'm going to give you my two sense on the matter I might be repeating some stuff and I might say something new, never the less don't expect me to go soft on you.



Starting from the beginning you were accepted for Trial Mod, from there I had also just become Head Admin on Vanilla TTT, and you decided to: 1 not warn your friends if they had RDMed, 2, unban them if they got karma banned, and 3, abuse the hell out of your VIP+ commands. So I proceeded to warn you about doing that and told you not to do it again because it would lead to you being demoted. THE NEXT DAY, you do the same exact shit that I had warned you not to do, and thus I demote you. After I demoted you, you and your friends in your discord, preceded to make the "GUTS4MOD" bull shit.

This Guts4Mod shit was really uncalled for and by doing that, you ruined your chance to re-apply, which I knew you wanted to do. When I messaged you about this shit I again told you to stop, you didn't, so I had to take it to my staff team to start warning and spray banning people for spraying that shit. In which eventually you and your VIP squad stopped with it.

The other thing you did from there was that you decided to advertise another community right on the server saying, and I am paraphrasing, "You guys should come to check out this server with me," when you had been playing on that one for the past few days when you had got off the SG VTTT server. Plus you also started to abuse your VIP commands again.

From there on you continued to play and you eventually appealed your warns and that was accepted because you had improved your playing. You stopped being petty about being demoted and you seemed not to care anymore. However, you decided to get involved with scatta. The amount of shit you two did was insane. Some I heard from him, some I heard from others. The end of it seems pretty well described by you. However, I had come to both of you, scatta first, to stop doing the shit you two were doing on the server. I had asked him to take care of it several times because he was an admin, but clearly, this didn't work as one of the times you straight up told him, and I quote "T-Man's just mad he can't have an e-girl harem I bet." (which to me I found hilarious). However, neither of you took what I said seriously, and it eventually led to both of your netbans. I'm not going to go over every little chat that you had sent to him or to the other parties involved, but it was straight up uncalled for and selfish thing to

After you two got netbanned, you and scatta continued talking. The only thing that is worth mentioning on that is you two were going to make a secret discord server. I don't know if it actually happened or not, but for the sake of this appeal, I hope it didn't.

After all the shit you did I was honestly surprised it had taken you that long to get netbanned, and I won't lie I was one that pushed for it because I was tired with all the fucking shit I had to deal with because of all the stupid drama you caused. Honestly, you had said you had changed when you appealed your warns which I thought you had, thus I had accepted it. You say you have changed again, and you are all apologetic, but how do we know you still aren't talking to scatta when the other day you knew that he was on VTTT with an alt account. Or how do we know you will be changed the whole time and not just go back to your dumbass bull shit within a few weeks or a few months.
