I hope people take some time to bother to read and reply with their thoughts on these issues listed below.
General Gun Mechanics
As many people have complained about it feels like the hitreg has gotten worse recently, and I understand that isn't something that can be fixed according to Guushi. One of my main problems that can be fixed is the inaccuracy of weapons, it feels like every time I shoot a gun not only is there rng on if the shot even registers due to bad hit reg but if the bullets even go where I'm aiming. A month or two ago Pheonyx and I tested the accuracy of snipers after an update the accuracy of them had decreased to a point where sniping at long ranges is just luck dependent on if you get headshots same with medium/long-range deagle shots. With automatic guns (at least non-donor ones that is) the accuracy is pretty terrible at anything over medium ranges which leads to gunfights ending up just whoever is lucky. Shotgun's main problem is bad hitreg and that it requires minimal aiming yet they are pretty consistent, it has a very low skill requirement to utilize what Id argue is one of the best weapons right now. These things hurt good players by making them completely cucked by rng. Why do snipers or deagles have inaccuracy, instead of making guns just rng based a much more interesting and fairer solution is to actually make the guns have recoil.
T Weapons
Barnacles: Maybe if they were set to 1 max they would be fine, but currently the best way to play as T is to camp a room with barnacles on the entrances and proceed to watch as half the lobby kills themself pushing you. I don't even think a max of 1 would be enough of a nerf but that would be a good start as on maps with towers such as B5's Lighthouse only 1 is required to pull off this extremely easy, effective, and boring T strategy. It also reminds me of my time playing Rainbow 6 Siege where you have to be consistently checking the ceiling for traps which is just so insanely miserable and frustrating. They also are a complete upgrade to melon mines in almost all scenarios.
C4: Some Traitors instead of interacting with the innocents in gunfights or trickery just go plant 5 C4s around the map and watch as people fail to play a stupid game of minesweeper the entire round instead of TTT, this is only really a problem on the maps Clue and Motel. I think simply limiting C4s to a maximum of 1 would encourage Ts to be more strategic with their placement and make innocent's experience on maps like Motel and Clue enjoyable.
AWP: It was one of the best T weapons before the buff to having 3 shots, fortunately not many people use it but it is extremely good as it is effectively 3 one-shots. I buy this so much due to the fact it is just overpowered reverting the buff is definitely something that should be done.
Trident/Knife: I think having both one-shotting weapons available in a T round is silly. If there is a way to make it so you can only buy one of the two that would be I think a good change.
Map Voting
The same maps are often voted on whenever they are available those being Dolls and Motel, it would be great to see an increase in the number of map rotations before being able to repeat a map.
